Liturgical Colors

This week in atrium was a beautiful tranquil place. We worked with the liturgical colors that we see in the mass and discussed the seasons and cycles of the church year and what those colors represent. Together we delighted in the green growing time where we enjoy the gifts that God has given us. Some children also worked with the Precious Pearl pondering what could be so precious that the merchant would give all he had for it? How did he feel when he finally found what he had been seeking for so long? This is one of many parables (stories that Jesus told us to tell us about something else) that tell us what the Kingdom of God is like.

Here is a resource for you to continue this work at home.
